The basic coffee knowledge package teaches coffee enthusiasts to understand the most important nuances of coffee, and the training covers the following topics:

• How did coffee begin?
• Where does it grow and how is it grown?
• Comparison of arabica and robusta coffee beans
• Roasting (theory): from green to roasted coffee beans
• Tasting: Tasting of six different coffee beans
